Both personally and professionally I grew up in these cultures which have shaped my view into sustainability.”
Meet Martin Riber Andersen one of Naia’s Co-Founders and CMO. He brings great experience from over 25 years of work in consumer products’ design, innovation and management consulting.

As part of our Founding Team, Martin brings valuable insights and knowledge about how the design process works from top to bottom, the daily limitations it presents and how to plug something into that process that could help improve performance in the sustainability agenda. Many times, the vision is there, the push from leadership is there but it’s not a trivial task to make it happen.
“Many corporate IT programmes and systems often have very good intentions but are drowned in bad user experiences and bad design that makes it unpleasant to use. Or you see tools that are too simple and not good enough to be used in a corporate setting. We want Naia to sit in that sweet spot in between, approaching the sustainability agenda in a fluent, elegant way but that you know is credible, founded in solid data and facts.”
