Meet Andrei, Naia's CPO and Co-Founder!

By joining Naia, Little Studio starts a new chapter: “It’s great working with many products and brands but at some point, you also feel the need to hold on to a project for a longer time, not just hand it over. We’ve had this ambition for some time, and we are looking to activate that through a venture track, so we can be a part of a founders’ team and be able to take ownership of the brand strategy and product design throughout the lifespan of that product.”

Standing now as Partner and Creative Director at LittleStudio, Andrei's career sprang from his passion for visual design. He has worked with multiple projects, products and problems for big and small companies, delivering a mix of product design, platform design, visual identity, brand identity, digital experience, etc.

Looking into the development of Naia, Andrei is excited about the approach and has great focus on building a beautiful product experience and on transparency.

“Too often there is heritage in the solutions we have that assume an employee is working individually, in a silo or in a specific task, but we are proposing a new paradigm that is about solving problems together, about collaborating, about harnessing knowledge from different parts of the organisation to bring the team together and use that diverse group of people to build a better product.”
